Working with Dundee
Dundee still calls itself the city of jute, jam and journalism — the old Keiller's marmalade works, Cox's Stack chimney over Lochee, and the DC Thomson publishing house are the obvious anchors. The working economy is more indie: games studios, a long tail of independent shops, plumbers, salons and corner cafés. The Courier runs a regular tracker of empty and occupied high street units, and the new Dundee BID was approved in early 2026 to give traders a shared pot of cash for the city centre.
Every Dundee site is hand-coded, mobile-first, and shipped on its own domain. There's nothing for you to maintain — hosting, SSL, backups, updates and small content edits are all in the £25/month plan. You'll deal directly with me from brief to launch, by email or WhatsApp, in plain English.
